Don't you know that others have sent email to you?
Do you often forget to check out new email when you are busy?
Is it often troublesome to find and process new emails promptly?
Coremail will check if there is new Webmail in real time. When a new email arrives, the system will automatically send a notification on Webmail to remind you to process new mail. It can ensure that you won't miss any important email and improve work efficiency.
Offsite login notification
Why do I need an offsite login notification?
To better protect your mailbox, Coremail records your IP and geographic address each time you log in. If your email has been logged in with an illegal IP address, the system will automatically send you a notification to confirm your last login. Once you find any abnormal login, you can check your login information and change your email password to keep your mailbox security.
In addition, administrators can customize the IP address pool to make the system more intelligent in determining whether your login is safe. For example, an administrator can define any IP address other than the company's IP address to be illegal.
Auto forward security notification
Do you know that your mail has been forwarded?
The current popular financial fraud incidents often set up automatic forwarding rules on your mailbox, track your business emails, and then fake fraud. Most of the current users, especially Client users, seldom use automatic forward or set up filtering rules. They do not know whether auto forward has been set in their Webmail.
If your mailbox has set auto forward or set to go to a mailbox in the filtering rules, security and system notification will be sent as shown:
